By accessing or using the GTVP Global website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GTVP Global. GTVP Global is operated by PickNGotech Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (No. 16829327).

• "Platform" means the GTVP Global website, applications, and related services.
• "User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Verified Participant" means a User who has successfully completed our verification process.
• "Professional Partner" means an independent service provider in our curated network (inspectors, logistics providers, legal counsel, etc.).
• "Deal Facilitation" means the coordination and introduction services we provide between Verified Participants.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Complete our verification process, which includes identity verification, company verification (where applicable), and compliance screening.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and verification.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke verification status at our sole discretion if we determine that a User does not meet our standards or has provided false or misleading information.

GTVP Global is a verification and deal facilitation platform, not a party to any transaction. We do not buy, sell, store, finance, or take title to any commodities or goods. Our role is limited to:

• Verifying the identity and credentials of participants.
• Facilitating introductions and communications between Verified Participants.
• Coordinating professional partner services.
• Providing structured transaction frameworks and compliance support.

We do not guarantee the completion of any transaction, the quality of goods or services exchanged, or the financial solvency of any participant. All transactions are conducted directly between the parties at their own risk.

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Attempt to circumvent our verification or security measures.
• Use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or networks.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliations.
• Engage in money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorist financing.
• Attempt to access data or accounts belonging to other Users without authorisation.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are the property of GTVP Global or its licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. No licence or right is granted to use our trademarks or content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained through the Platform, including but not limited to trade secrets, business plans, pricing information, and participant details. Users must comply with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy when handling personal data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTVP Global and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between Users.
• Actions or omissions of Professional Partners or third-party service providers.
• Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by you to GTVP Global in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100 if no fees were paid.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GTVP Global and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
